Return Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders can be canceled without charge within 24 hours after the order was placed. After 24 hours, all canceled orders will incur a 20% fee. Once a product has left our facility it will fall under our terms established in our return policy. 

REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. After our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy all sales are final! For Exception please view our Exceptions below.

RETURNS
All returns must be in new and unused condition, The original box with all original tags and labels attached will be used to return the item. The shipping cost to return the item will be the responsibility of the customer. Please Note ● A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $60.00. If we receive your return and discover that the item is used an additional 10% fee will be put in place. any modification done to the product will not be eligible for returns. original shipping costs will not be refunded

For defective or damaged products due to our error. Damage caused by Shipping Carriers is resolved case by case but a resolution is not guaranteed.
