Cancellation Policy

All orders may be canceled without charge within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, canceled orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Once a product has shipped from our facility, it is subject to our Return Policy below. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@xtroffroad.com or call (316) 330-0024.


Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. All sales become final after the 24-hour cancellation window. Refunds are only issued under the exceptions listed below.


Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your XTR Offroad purchase. If your order no longer fits your needs, you may return it under the following terms:

  • Condition: Item must be new and unused, in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns exceeding $60.00.
  • Additional fee for used items: If the returned item shows signs of use, an additional 10% fee will be charged.
  • No modifications: Products that have been modified or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at support@xtroffroad.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Exceptions

Defective or Damaged by XTR Offroad

If your product arrived defective or was damaged due to our error, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you — including return shipping. Please contact us with photos of the defect or damage.

Shipping Carrier Damage

Damage caused by shipping carriers is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A resolution is not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately upon discovering carrier-related damage with photos for review.

How long do I have to cancel an order? +

You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Contact us as soon as possible — the sooner, the better.

Can I return a product I no longer want? +

Yes, as long as the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels. A 20% restocking fee applies on returns over $60. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

What if my product arrived damaged? +

If the damage was our error, we'll resolve it at no cost to you. If the carrier caused the damage, we review each case individually — please email us with photos and we'll work through it with you.

What's the restocking fee? +

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns exceeding $60. If the returned item shows signs of use, an additional 10% fee is charged. Items under $60 are exempt from the restocking fee.

Do I get a refund for the original shipping cost? +

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are also responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged due to our error.

Can I return a product that I modified or installed? +

No. Any product that has been modified, altered, or installed is not eligible for return. Returns must be in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging.
