We at AL Offroad Products make every effort to package each product that leaves or facility with the upmost care. If you do gets damaged product please follow these instructions and Contact Us IMMEDIATELY!:

• DO NOT ACCEPT A DAMAGED PACKAGE!
  Once you have accepted the package it’s much more difficult to file a claim from our end. Refuse the package, take pictures and note the damaged area.

• In this day of front porches drop offs. If there is any damage to your package. Take pictures before moving the package.
